Keri was amazing! Her knowledge on ear piercings is unlike no other. She really takes her time explaining her process, her jewelry and everything in between. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and she was able to give me an idea as to what would look good on my ears! All her jewelry pieces are stunning and unique. Kyle was outstanding. I went in for a jewelry change as I was having an adverse reaction to an existing nose jewelry. Kyle recommended a better suited jewelry and changed it for me. Kyle was very friendly and expertly guided me through my first piercing. He was very thorough with sanitation, and was super clear with aftercare instructions. Super happy with the result!

A really good experience over all, it felt professional and caring. A couple points is that the info could be a bit overwhelming, I would've appreciated a bit less/more succinctness. Also I would've appreciated a warning for the piercing, something like "in the next minute, I'll be piercing your ear". A very positive experience overall, Kyle really knows his stuff and you can tell cares a lot about making it a good experience for the client.
