My 15 year old daughter had her first eyebrow wax & eyelash lift appointment with Genna recently. Genna was so informative, kind & gentle towards my daughter. I had lash extensions done while on holidays...did I look after them..no. because well I'm on holidays. Surf..Pool.. Surf..Pool..my lashes held up better than my lashes I get done in Melbourne without all the water sports. Technician was very fast and lash design was very nice. Went back for a refill and again very quick service and will expect these lashes to last a while cause holiday is over. Couldn't recommend them more highly .

Friendly and helpful. I had a lash lift and tint. The tint looks great but I can’t really see much difference to my eyelashes with the lift. Probably will just get a tint next time.

The staff member that did my eyelashes was so good and I loved the look however I am a bit concerned of the amount of lashes that had already fallen out in the first 24hrs, this hasn't happened in the past?

Sonam is a fantastic eyelash technician. She is personable and listens to what you want. I like a natural look which Sonam understood and she have me a great result. I would highly recommend Sonam and the team at Browco

The Peel treatment and eyelash tint I had today was divine. My lashes look like I'm wearing mascara and my face feels amazing. Can not recommend Genna and Smooth Beauty Bar enough. Genna even met me at my car yesterday with an umbrella as it was pouring with rain. Now that is service. Love your work and you gorgeous lady. Thank you always going above and beyond for me xx🙏♥️
