Yuki is an exceptional nail technician, and I feel lucky to have found her at soak! My bridal nails (French tips) is absolutely perfect and I honestly couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you so much Yuki xx Also, Katie did a brilliant pedicure and just completed the entire look for my wedding on Saturday! Very happy with the entire experience at soak, and of course loved being able to sip on Rosè which helped me to relax after a crazy afternoon. Highly recommended!!!

Ava is so friendly, gentle and a lovely person. She does a fantastic job on my lash extensions. I feel relaxed during the treatment and my lashes look great. Ava makes adjustments and makes sure the lashes suit my eyes. Thank you for a wonderful service. I'd highly recommend.

Always great here. I have classic lash extensions done. They are always natural but impactful and long lasting. They are also very accommodating, efficient and have a lot of available times outside work hours. I'm very happy with the service here and will return. Highly recommend.

I had such a fantastic first experience in Shellz today. Sonya was absolutely amazing. She made me feel welcome and put her all onto my treatment. I struggle with threading and my eyes water a lot but Sonya constantly made sure I had tissues and gave me breaks which I really appreciated. An amazing first experience and I will definitely be back.

Cindy is an absolute professional. I've gone to her for builder nails, eyelash extensions, and brow lamination so far, and I've been very happy with everything she has done for me so far. The nails last ages, and don't chip. You only have to replace them as they grow out. I get lots of compliments on them. The lashes are lovely, and look pretty natural which I like. The brows I tried for the first time, and I'm sure I'll be back! Overall would highly recommend Cindy. She's very friendly and warm, makes you feel at ease right away. She also has the cutest kitty, Cleo.

As a former lash addict, I thought my days of lash extensions were behind me. I had encountered what I realise now were technicians who prioritised speed over lash care, which resulted in my lashes being damaged and ultimately I had to stop getting extensions. Mel at Valene Beauty has restored my faith in lash extensions, taking great care to ensure each lash is applied correctly, and that they are clean and hydrated throughout the process. She is unbelievably talented at what she does and I am so thrilled to be back in the lash extension game. I am obsessed with the set she applied!!

I had to wait for 20 mins after my appointment time, which was annoying, but that was because the customer before me was late. I had my extensions done in record time, as I had another appointment, but they look great.
