This was my first visit at any cosmetic clinic in Australia, it surpassed my expectations! I have received injections for wrinkles for over a decade in the US, and to say the service, professionalism, cost and results were extraordinary here at EQUINOX with Ann, is worthy of more that 5 stars. I was able to make the consultation and procedure appointment for the same day. No sales pitch. But caring input about my options and valuable suggestions. I return to Perth every 3-4 months and will now only come to see Ann for all my cosmetic injections. THANK YOU

Lilly is brilliant! My eyebrows are naturally wonky af (very challenging to shape and wax). Lilly worked absolute magic shaping my eyebrows and took so much care to make me feel comfortable throughout! My eyebrows haven’t looked this nice in 30 years! Had my first brow appointment here and was nervous due to never having them done before. So glad I chose Rachel as the first person to do my brows. She was warm and welcoming, the room had very relaxing music on. I wanted to stay natural looking but better shape and a bit of tinting. She did everything perfectly. Will definitely be back! I had the Carboxy Co2 facial . Jamie was my therapist. Her touch is very therapeutic. It takes a lot for me to relax and I actually snoozed . She explained each step and what to expect post treatment . The face massage was exceptional. Will be back now I’m home in Perth again 5 ⭐️

Layla is a really lovely down to earth beautician. She was sociable and friendly without being overly chatty. Really thrilled with my brows, she checked in at every stage to make sure I was happy with colour, shape, level of tint etc. I left feeling fresh and fab!

Amazing! The staff were very friendly and our appointment started on time and lasted the full two hours (1.5 massage + facial). We did the couple combo and loved it! The massage was incredible! Very thorough and obviously done by a professional. The facial was also very pleasant. Bonus points for the ginger tea and cookies at the end. So yummy!! We will be back on our next Perth visit.

Tiffany clearly takes great pride in looking after her clients. I’ve had microneedling at other spots in Perth and it felt very clinical, rushed and unfriendly - in and out type job, where as Tiffany really looks after you and I felt confident that I was getting a good treatment (I used to regularly get microneedling back in the UK but stopped as I hadn’t found a good practitioner but so glad I’ve found Tiffany now). The use of red light def reduced my redness too. I’ve previously had a lovely massage here too! Highly recommend

My recent blow dry was the same quality service I’ve known for years just in Sixteens new space. The new salon is gorgeous, the space is warm and inviting in the vibrant Lathlain place.
