I just had my second session for lymph reflexology, it was very relaxed atmosphere, sensory experience. It is really helping my my lipoedema, helping reduce the inflammation, swelling and discomfort in my legs. I am really noticing the benefits. I thought Alexandra was very professional, welcoming and friendly. The environment was relaxing, a sensory experience and warm. Consider yourself lucky if you have discovered Máire Spillane Reflexology. First of all, you get to meet Máire, who is as chilled as they come but wickedly funny and so warm and genuine. Secondly, you are in for the best reflexology treatment of your life. With a background in science, and a mother of four, she knows exactly what you need to completely relax. I always fall into a deep state of calm under Máire's care. I've no doubt that you will too, you lucky duck!

Such a great experience. I never had reflexology done before and didn’t know what to expect and it certainly won’t be my last appointment. Oksana is so professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice. Just gutted I didn’t realise how great it was sooner!
