Gemma is absolutely amazing at all treatments I especially love going to her for reflexology and back and shoulder masage but she is great at all her holistic treatments so it is hard to choose which one to go for each time because she is such a gifted therapist and I would highly recommend her

My first experience of energy healing with Aru was very enjoyable. I didn't know what to expect but Aru explained everything to me so thoroughly. She got to know a little about me without being intruding and it really helped to guide the session. She is patient, warm, kind, compassionate and I felt very comfortable opening up to her.

I entered as a cloud feeling stressed and anxious and left walking on a silver lining!!!!

I've been attending Cosa Nua for a number of sessions at this point. I have had only positive experiences during my treatments and am put completely at ease for the duration of the session. My health and wellbeing has improved considerably and if a new issue is found during a session it's dealt with there and then and recorded to be checked at the next session. I've never felt pressured to return and it is now a regular appointment that grounds me.
