Lucy is genuinely amazing at what she does. Her massages are far better than any I’ve had at expensive spas, or even travelling in Thailand! She’s very skilled, knowledgable, warm and friendly and the environment at the retreat is super comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend the Relaxaflex treatment, especially if you’ve not tried reflexology before - It’s amazing!!

Ryan is amazing! I go to him for deep tissue massage for shoulders, lower back and legs. His knowledge and technique are both 10/10, he makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. 100% recommend.

Perfect. I’m currently under a great deal of stress so the visit to Jude was a beacon of light! Jude was so kind and reassuring, she adjusted the treatment half way through to deal with the stress effectively which she had identified through the reflexology treatment. At the end of the session I felt more relaxed and at ease than I have for 4 weeks. Thank you Jude.
