I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. The reflexology was just as brilliant – I felt lighter and more balanced afterwards. It’s clear that Nicola is highly skilled and genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best. I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you, Nicola!

Had a lovely relaxing combination of massages and reflexology with Nicola today I love the fact that you can mix and match so you get what you need and gives you an insight into other experiences that you may want in future,as I discovered with the reflexology I will definitely be doing the bespoke massage again. Carla is simply the best! I went for the first time today and had reflexology which was amazing! So relaxing had a lovely herbal tea to start whilst I had the best foot soak! Including the most gorgeous leg massage I feel so relaxed

It's the first time I've had reflexology. Halle explained everything and was totally professional and so lovely.

I had reflexology, scalp massage and reiki which were all an amazing experience. It helped me understand some issues I’ve been facing in my body and directed me on how to address them. The reiki was unreal, I left feeling so refreshed. Nicola is amazing and I’ll definitely be back again.
