On arrival at the riverside rooms, I was taken into a word of love and calmness. It's like a gemstone, a different world. Going into the treatment room full of beautiful music, incense burning and the sound of the wildlife outside it was a lovely atmosphere and I was having reflexology done, it was like being in a mother's womb. Nafisa is one of the most genuine and caring person I have ever met, I have been a regular customer for more than 10 years and I always feel lighter and more at peace within myself. Nafisa thoughtfully listened to me about my aches and pains, she then worked on those specific areas and focused on releasing the tension as well as helping me on my breathing. I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

I came for a massage and it was amazing. I feel wonderfully relaxed and balanced. I normally see Nafisa for reflexology which is always a fabulous experience. She has wonderful, healing hands and her garden room is very tranquil. I would highly recommend a visit!

What a treat this was. From the setting, the ambiance, Carole's warm welcome, the whole massage experience from start to end...and then a soak in the hot tub while being surrounded by beautiful trees...I would definitely go back and highly highly recommend!

Carole is such an amazing, friendly and warm person. She is a great and knowledgable practitioner and I felt very relaxed after the treatment. She even offered a slice of homemade flapjack after the treatment! I love the garden and the room as well. Will definitely be back ❤️

Second time I’ve been to Nafisa for reflexology and I would highly recommend. Both times I’ve been in the evening after work and walked in feeling a little anxious and both times I’ve left feeling completely calm and slept really well that night. Short appointments available at good value but looking forward to treating myself to a longer one at some point.
