I’ve just had the most beautiful treatment “Grounding Like A Tree” this was so very needed, I instantly felt completely relaxed in Heathers room and drifted into deep, tranquil, peace. I highly recommend this grounding treatment to anyone who is feeling a little overwhelmed with life right now. I loved the meditation to start, the reflexology and finishing with Reiki, even though I was asleep for most of it, I was still aware of my surroundings. My mind switched off and it hasn’t for months, thank you so so much Heather 💜

Thank you so much for today, it was the most relaxing treatment I think I’ve ever had. The sound bowls are amazing and I loved all the attention to detail. You get to choose an oracle card before you start, an oil, and delicious tea. Then I had a head, shoulders, neck and face massage, pure heaven, highly recommend!!

This was my first reflexology experience, and the first time meeting Jenny. It was a great experience, I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. The reflexology was amazing and I can highly recommend this treatment. For me, it was all about self-care and I took Jenny's advice to go home and relax rather than go shopping. Can't wait to book another treatment.
