I booked a foot massage which included a neck and shoulder massage and added on reflexology. Lynsey is a great masseuse and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Highly recommend 😊

I had been struggling to sleep well for few weeks & generally felt a bit low on energy and had recurring headaches. I’ve seen Millie before & loved my session so knew it would be beneficial now. During the session I completely switched off & relaxed, felt calm and my headache eased. That night I had 9.5hrs of excellent quality sleep! I would 100% recommend Millie & reflexology, it’s a game changer!

I have really enjoyed my first reiki and reflexology appointment. Vix is lovely, intuitive and I will definitely be back for follow up.

Absolutely out of this world. Vix connected with me on a level I couldn’t have even thought possible. Amazing session of reiki and hot stone massage and reflexology. Exactly what my body and soul needed.

The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. From walking into the cosy, welcoming and safe space, to relaxing into the dreamy reflexology treatment, to the after care, the attention to detail wasn’t like anything I’ve experienced with a holistic treatment before.
