My experience with the reflexology session was really great. I felt quite relaxed and from the last session I noticed that my diabetes was relatively consistent rather than having too many highs and lows. I'm expecting to see similar results again!

Would absolutely recommend Laura, I have been having treatments with Laura for about 10years now and there is no one else I would rather go to. She is the best, she knows her stuff and takes her time and you can see the passion she has for her work. Super informative! All manipulations were explained and benefits were communicated clearly. Lots of additional advice given during pregnancy reflexology that was super helpful. The whole session was comfortable and secure. Would recommend.
