Experience was great. Manuela released a lot of negative energy from me and helped me understand more clearly on other things. I can actually say after doing an hour if reflexology and an hour of energy healing i feel a lot calmer and not as angry. Manuela also answered a lot of questions for me. I have been to Manuela before for a few Reflexology appointments. This visit I booked a 1 hour Reiki appointment didn't know what to expect but would try it again. Her work space felt very welcoming and calm ☺
