Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. See you in April 2022 for Manchester Marathon round 2 😁 thank you!

I had my first appointment/consultation with Ryan, I have calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder and have been struggling for months. Ryan is very welcoming and friendly, he explained the process of shockwave therapy very well, we went through a rehabilitation program, I am very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. I have booked another 4 shockwave therapy sessions, looking forward to getting rid of this problem. Highly recommend M20 performance!

Great advice and treatment. Ryan treats the whole patient. Discussing mental health and resilience techniques to work alongside the physical rehab and work with a sports injury. My daughter is a keen sportswoman and Ryan has already made her feel more in control of her journey back to fitness. Top class professional as always. Wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.

Got my baseline calorie expenditure measured with Adam and genuinely learned a lot about what my needs are, and why calorie restriction alone may not be the way to lose weight if it takes me below the baseline. We worked out that with some tweaks to my activity levels, I could indeed cut calories while remaining above my baseline, and why this would be better. He took the time to go through everything and was very thorough. Worth the travel and the fee. Great help Adam, thank you!

M20 health was a perfect solution in finding out my resting metabolic rate so i can plan my meals/trainig program to efficiently see results in my weight loss journey . Adam was very helpful on the day and prior to the appointment. Adam explained how the test would work and then sat down after with me to discuss the results and talk about why i wanted the test and what i can do to optimise results, and sent me the results via email. Overall i was very pleased with the expiernce and i am planning to go back to M20 health or test myself again and see if my results have improved.

Kathy is so warm and gentle, this really flows well into her practices. I had an Indian head massage and back, neck & shoulder massage. Both the experience and environment were so calming and relaxing. Kathy is truly amazing!

Always recomending Kathy and the sessions she offers and is so good at!! Neglected myself for a while by not going to reiki or meditation with Kathy.... and in doing so have burnt out both mentally & physically. Kathy fit me in for reiki at short notice and on my arrival was greated with the biggest smile & welcome, Kathy listened to me vent and advised on other alternative therapies to perhaps try. The reiki......well.....so relaxing and felt like a weight had been lifted.

Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session.
