I write a review every single time I have a treatment because Chloe is such an awesome therapist. I've recently had my nails, lashes, brows, and yesterday a fully body massage, which I literally fell asleep to because it was that good. I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Lovely girl and did a lovely job but the eye lashes could have done with being darker also the room wasn’t very warm when your just lying down on the couch I started getting a bit cold

Great as always. She even ran me down in her car to road closure.

Annie did such a great job on my nail set. I came with fairly uneven nail length and shape from a previous biab service and she managed to turn it into a brilliant clean and polished new Biab. She mastered adding an extension on one of the nails that was broken as well. Then she proceeded to create intricate nail art design and did it exactly the way I wanted it, we picked the colours together. She's lovely to be around and very attentive. She provides quality work and quality services. Can't wait for my next appointment and would highly recommend
