I loved the warm bed and beautiful calm music. Whilst I was only having waxing done, it was still a relaxing experience and I felt pampered. Jo is highly experienced and calm and polite. Always consistent .

Always fabulous to see Maya who does a great job with my waxing and brow tint.

Lovely customer service, neat and clean! 4 stars because in one instance the person doing my manicure cut too close to my skin and although they didn't cause bleeding it was red and sensitive and now have discomfort even 1 day later.

Jodie is just the best. The best facial & waxing & tinting I have ever had in my life and I am 56! She is professional and knows what she is doing. She is friendly & a lovely person. Highly recommend Jodie, the best in the industry. Thank you.

Connie is experienced and professional. Her facials are fantastic and I love the Skinstitut products for my skin. Every facial is slightly different because she personalises the treatment for my skin needs ant the time. Occasionally she will gently suggest a future treatment for me but there is never any hard sell. She gives fantastic neck, head and hand massages during treatments. I highly recommend Skin and Laser Studio at St Leonards.
