Lovely service, very friendly staff and clean. Nails were done perfectly and with lots of care! Did not like that they asked for a tip it made me uncomfortable because I just budgeted to pay what the service was priced as. They need chairs for a waiting area because if the salon was full you will have to stand and wait for your appointments turn.

A lovely space to be in as a customer and employee. Kindness all around, and wonderful to see the employees work together as a team. My service was good from the nail practioner lady❤️.I was sad to know you dont do full deluxe treatments for 16h45 appointments from the lady in reception .I only got gel done offwich that was not my order .Was told because its late you can only do Gel😭 after waiting till 5pm to get assisted.Will def go back to century city branch

Hanna is a very experienced and excellent therapist. My skin is very delicate and after having terrible skin reactions at various other salons, Beauty by Hanna is the only place I now go to for treatments, especially waxing.

All the ladies are nice and they treated me like a queen. I’ll definitely come back.

Daniella is gentle but thorough. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future. She also squeezed me in during her personal time as she was fully booked - going far beyond her call of duty. Definitely a diamond! 🌸

Carika is an amazing therapist.Her passion of beauty therapy is displayed by her professional and caring service.Her waxing techniques are evident with smooth results with no pain or discomfort. Her place is super clean and hygienic. I travel from Cape Town to Parow because of her sterling service.Her treatment prices are also very affordable. I highly recommend Beautifique.
