Starting of at reception when I got there, the 2 ladies and one of the nail techs were in full-blast conversation. I stood there for a full minute with neither one of them daring to even look at me even though I was standing right in front of them, looking directly at them. They were in conversation and laughing. Really underwhelming as I almost walked out. Once Emelia ushered me to my seat, I felt a bit better. She was really sweet and soft-spoken. Really love the work she did on my hands. 5 stars for Emelia!

Thank you so much BK and team for a wonderful spoil. Just think they should allocate designated therapist to one person - as the time management and personal was very confused - witch made us confused - and two of us - only receive full body massage on the back.

The service at this nail bar was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and really took great care with my nails. However, the space felt quite small and busy, which made it a bit noisy and difficult to relax. The nail colour chart on the wall was also a bit impractical to use, especially when the salon was full. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the service, but I do wish the salon had a bit more space for comfort.

I had an amazing experience at Beauty And Bliss during my full body massage. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and welcoming! The therapist, Wendy, was incredibly skilled and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality massage and great overall service. I will definitely come back!!

Was really a lovely, professional experience. The salon was clean, inviting and fresh. I was welcomed with friendly smiles and the music was spot on. Had theeeee best massage to end off my full pedi with gelish. Neatly done and Priscilla tackled my stubborn ingrown nails with ease. Well worth every cent. 2hrs of bliss. Unlike other salons where you feel like you on a conveyor belt, I really felt spoiled and relaxed. Lovely coffee and a biscuit thrown in for free. Will def be back.

Oh what a time I had here, Bk Is literally the best esthetician I've came across my entire life. Girl got rid of every inch of hair on my body n got my skin feeling like a baby's bum(literally), 10/10 experience n definitely coming back.
