The lady did a great job of my brows and asked me first if I preferred threading or waxing and if I like them trimmed or not. I had then threaded and trimmed and they look great.

Best threading I’ve had in as long as I can remember. She listened and left my eyebrows big but tidied them beautifully. Super efficient while still taking care and absolutely amazing job. My husband kept commenting on how amazing they looked!!

It was a comfortable experience specially for me as it is my first time to do waxing and threading. It was painful and hot but totally manageable. The fragrance and ambience of the room was so relaxing. And Pinky did an amazing job in doing my threading and waxing, she made me felt comfortable in my body as well. Thank you Pinky! Hello people! Today 19/5/23 was my first appointment at Elegant Beauty and brows with Pinky. I got a full body wax done and she was absolutely amazing! Polite,friendly,perfectionist combined with excellent time management skills (I got full body waxing done plus a totally last min face waxing done and dusted in 2 hr and 15min)She is a true asset to the brand so dont let her go guys🙂

The staff here are exceptionally friendly and polite. Silly me had inadvertently booked into one of their other clinics but they were still able to accommodate me, thankyou. Lovely made a great job of threading my brows and spent time listening to what I wanted done. I also had waxing done and I just love it at the end when they ask if you want a soothing cream. I always say yes as I love how it is massaged in. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had waxing done with Kiran. Great that I was taken straight away without an appointment. It was a frst being in a sitting up position which I wasn't used to. I was offered a bed but would have had to wait. Kiran was polite and friendly and good at what she does. I noticed her cotton kept breaking during threading which must have been annoying for her. She did a wonderful job and finished off with some soothing cream which she massaged into my skin, it certainly was soothing. I would definitely recommend her.
