I had Grace provide my service. I had full face wax and thread. Wow she is amazing was fast, efficient and also made sure I was okay along the way. Because I normally see one of your other staff that works there I was nervous at first but she nailed the service so confident in another person to provide what I need. Raj does an amazing job with my brows! The first place I’ve been where they have made both my brows even and kept them full while I have a scar in one eyebrow! Definitely my go to now.

The facial was very good as was the massage. However the apt started late but ended at the time of apt which meant I didn't get a full hour. No blackhead removal but there was a very thorough exfoliate

Today I tried the full face wax (including eyebrows) Santoshi looked after me so well, I have had the pleasure of getting eyebrows done before by her and she always let's you know what to expect. With this service I had Santoshi even said "just because I am doing this service for you, if you uncomfortable or hurts to much let me know im looking after you" just saying that made me relax. Nice work Santoshi I'll be back - high five kayra team

Manpreet was very professional and fully explained what she was going to do. The only thing I would say is that my lashes could have been left a little longer to develop. Most on the lower left lash are still blonde.

Arrived slightly early today and was taken through straight away. Meticulous care during my waxing as always. Thank you :-)
