Another lovely appointment! Couldn’t believe how long my lashes had lasted after 3 and a half weeks only an infill needed. Back to looking full and fluffy, will be back in another few weeks for a top up!

Having had an extremely stressful and most unpleasant and unprofessional experience in the past - Thalia has completely restored my confidence. Thalia has been cutting my hair for the past couple of months every 4 weeks and today I have had a full head of colours. My hair looks amazing and I am over the moon with the results. Thalia gave good advice and suggestions and listened to my requests. I would thoroughly recommend using House of Serenity and support a local independent trader in Ferring village. Thank you so much Thalia an excellent mornings work.

Really happy with my highlights! I love them. Thank you to Diane for this. I’m going back in 6 weeks for a cut and root tint. This should improve the condition of my hair, as Diane’s advice has made me realise I don’t need to do a full colour every time. This was drying out my hair! Thank you too for the lovely coffees today!

Amy is always accommodating to all my needs both aesthetics and eyelash appointments. Amy is always friendly on arrival and throughout my appointment and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I am always happy with the product I receive and Amy always doubles checks before I leave that I have full satisfaction with the work she has done whether that is a set of eyelashes or aesthetics. I have never had a bad experience with any of Amy beauty treatment and I would fully recommend her to another client for eyelashes or aesthetic treatment! 5* professional quality everytime!

Lovely team at House of Hair. Very welcoming & friendly. Kayleigh cut my hair beautifully & Grace coloured it perfectly. I'd not been there b4 so it's difficult for a new hairdresser to get it how you usually like it. I'm very pleased with the colour & cut, thank you ladies. Easy to park outside or across the road btw.

In spite of the awfully wet weather, Kelly did a brilliant job with getting my frizzy hair to be straight and sleek. I am always delighted with every aspect of my salon visits.

What a wonderfully friendly salon. I avoid going to get my hair done because I always feel so self conscious and uncomfortable, but my experience today was fab. I had to take 3 of my children along because they also needed their hair trimmed, but even when it was my turn, the staff brought out toys to amuse them and they didn’t make me feel awkward at all (even when my 4 year old got rather whingey at one point!). I’ve always left salons feeling like my hair is nothing like I wanted it, but today I loved the finished result. Will definitely be visiting again.
