First time here and it was great! Fee was so friendly and welcoming, also very gentle with the waxing. I just had an eyebrow wax but my eyebrows now look great and perfectly back in shape.

Fee, is always polite, friendly and makes me feel good about being me. It's not just a wax it's a full catch up about me. Being on the plus size is always difficult when going for beauty treatments, but Fee has never made me feel uncomfortable.

I had a great experience at Serena Giscombe & Co, because everybody is really friendly and welcoming. Also, everybody is very knowledgable about how I should care for my hair. I wouldn't hesitate recommending a visit.

Great as always . Glynn is a brilliant stylist and cuts my hair beautifully , full recommend him and the salon .

All good. Lovely relaxing pedicure. My feet still need further work but hopefully next time will make the difference.

Very relaxing, wonderful massage with right amount of pressure, which I was asked about, to ensure I got from the massage what I wanted, followed by a fabulous body exfoliation!

So I came in to see Cassandra for a treatment , wash and cut , she was absolutely lovely , I’m trying to grow a relaxer out off my hair , the information and the experience this lady has is amazing we have bee though every option , every question that was asked was explained to the fullest , my hair feels amazing g I’ve changed my products that I was using. Ow . The season is so nice a calming I felt like I was truly being pampered and very safe there . Amazing experience. The body scrub and massage put me in an amazing mood. I went for the pamper package plus eyebrow and face wax. My eyebrows have never looked better. I felt heard and understood and didn't feel embarrassed about speaking up. I will be back as a regular customer for sure <3
