My treatment was great, the only annoyance was I booked this appointment in November, the appointment was changed by the salon in January to a date that did not suit so I changed it to early Saturday. This was then changed due to staff unavailability to an afternoon appointment. This in turn led to all car parks and high street parking areas being full. I had to park some distance away and walk in heavy rain. I know these things are unavoidable at times but I booked my original date as I was off work that day

I had a facial with Yasmin and she was not only amazing with my facial but a wonderfully polite and professional beauty therapist who made me feel so comfortable. I had a great experience today. I was welcomed warmly by everyone that I spoke to. Rasa was diligent and explained my treatment at every step whilst also allowing me to relax fully. The result of my lash lift is exactly what I was hoping for after over a year of lash extensions had taken their toll. I really couldn't be happier.
