Staff are always warm and welcoming.I started with the infrared sauna which was the ideal way to start my session.I followed this with a massage and facial with Beth.The attention to what my body and face needed was impeccable and I left feeling fantastic. I had a wonderful experience at the salon! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Marina was absolutely amazing – kind, professional, and attentive. I had a waxing treatment, and I’m so happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

Piera is an absolute master of brows. She is so incredibly precise, taking them to ensure both brows are symmetrical, to making sure your brow arch hits the right spot, to trimming the brows. Gone are the days of aimless plucking/threading/waxing, she’s an absolute master sculptor! Honestly the best brows I’ve ever had- she’s amazing. Cherry on the cake- she’s a lovely person and the spa in itself is HEAVEN

I was really looking forward to trying the new infrared sauna service, and it did not disappoint! The experience was incredible from start to finish. The space is calm, spotless, and beautifully set up. The sauna itself is modern, easy to use, and has a Bluetooth system so you can play your own music. I left feeling completely relaxed and had the best night’s sleep afterwards. It’s such a beautiful way to recharge and fill up my cup. Well done Mary and the team!

Jay is as fantastic. I usually use my other beauty place, but today was an emergency and booked Jay for the 1st time. She was absolutely fabulous and very professional. Also she simply was genuinely a very nice and thoughtful person. She did my waxing super delicate knowing that I have a very sensitive skin. Another great visit. Nice place and amazing service from Sim. I booked few different services already: 1h Relaxing Full Body Massage with 10 min extra head massage and Gel manicure twice. All my appointments were with Sim, she was very professional and friendly. I am very satisfied! :) Highly recommended!

Had an AMAZING bespoke facial with Sehar complete with massage and Guasha followed by light therapy. It was the most thoughtfully curated sensory experience, right down to the music which was completely relaxing without being the cliche "spa playlist". Sehar has really intuitive hands and you can tell she is fully focused on the process she is taking you through. It's the perfect birthday gift for a friend or special treat for yourself and I can see the sculpting effect already!

I've had a few treatments now and the verdict is: I am so happy Wild Beauty is on my doorstep (ish). I had an amazing, rejuvenating facial with Yoana. My skin is really glowing and looking tight thanks to the excellent massaging to stimulate lymphatic drainage. My eyebrows (laminated and beautifully shaped) are popping thanks to Carly and the lovely Yoko is a master of nails. I had a gorgeous luxury pedicure and a Japanese manicure. Both are lasting really well. Very happy with the service.

Just had a Hollywood, full legs, underarms, and threading done with Rhea and honestly, she was amazing! Super professional, made me feel really comfortable, and worked with so much care and attention to detail. Everything was done efficiently but never felt rushed. My skin feels smooth and fresh, and the threading was perfect not too harsh at all. Highly recommend Rhea if you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing!
