Was feeling a little apprehensive about it but Alice being the caring person she is put my mind at rest and made me feel at ease about the whole process. Absolute bliss! This was not just a hair wash and head massage, but a thorough cleansing and complete upper body delight, including a facial and an arm, neck and upper chest massage, as well an extremely complete head wash, scalp cleanse, steam and massage. A delight and am already looking forward to next one.

The GLOW Pamper Package was pure bliss! Natalie was fantastic, explaining everything beforehand. The body scrub left my skin unbelievably smooth, but the back, neck and shoulder massage was the highlight. The oil smelled divine and I was so relaxed I nearly drifted off. If you are like me and go through life shaving because you’ve had bad experiences with waxing in the past or feel apprehensive about the pain… then you need to book in with Alice! I had my full legs and a Brazilian with Alice yesterday and I cannot believe how painless it was! I have quite sensitive skin but I have no signs of redness or irritation on my skin following my appointment. Alice is clearly very skilled and experienced in waxing and she uses a high quality wax. She also explained everything at each stage which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment.
