She understands the impact of temperature on wax behaviour and always employs Mapping Patterns with Every Service always ensuring my comfort. The girl who did my laser treatment was absolutely lovely — so professional, friendly, and incredibly patient with us even though we arrived late. She explained everything in detail, made me feel comfortable, and took her time with the treatment. The clinic is clean and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back!
