It was good , the massage therapist was very thorough, very professional , for me, the one thing that was lacking was the total quietness and tranquil atmosphere, the background noises was very distracting making it difficult for me to relax fully..Aside from that it was okay/ good.

What stood out for me was how gentle and attentive Tia was. Ever so often she asked if I was ok and comfortable. Which I def was. We tried something different to what I booked and the result came out beautifully. Totally in love! Happy camper over here!

This was my first time waxing and the experience was AMAZING. I was very nervous going in, but they made me feel very comfortable. I have a low pain tolerance and it really wasn’t that bad. It was very quick and I left extremely satisfied 🤗 I will definitely be returning.

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

My experience at Reflection Spa was incredibly rejuvenating. My muscles were so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during the session. The room was immaculate and had a wonderful aroma that contributed to the overall sense of relaxation. My therapist was attentive, gentle and very patient, checking in with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable. Her soothing voice provided a reassuring presence, allowing me to fully embrace the experience. I loved the patience and the time that was taken to get to know likes and dislikes, that was refreshing. The spa was beautiful, comfortable and clean i liked that, I even fell asleep during my chin and brow waxing, now who does that during a waxing, that only shows how good Al is that one can sleep while hair is being ripped from ones face. My experience just keeps getting better with every visit. Now that I have learned that the scrub makes the waxing experience less painful I will be sure to use it properly and regularly in the future. It's worth it all!! Would recommend to others 20/10.

Wonderful service as usual. Saneisha is a fantastic and skillfull aethetician who always recommends the best approach for YOUR skin's needs - not a one size fits all approach.

The service was great and very professional from the phone call. I was made to feel very relaxed and my therapist targeted my trouble areas, I actually felt the difference as she was making her way around my body. Thank you very much again and I'll see you very soon.

Overall it was a great experience. For a basic pedicure I was still treated as if I had paid for a Lux Pedicure. I will definitely be back and maybe to try waxing this time.
