Loved the girls. So easy going & extremely friendly. The waxing itself: I have nerve damage so waxing hurts me more than the average person, but their technique was different 2 anything I've ever had before & a LOT more gentle on the skin. The only downside is that you may have 2 park in the side streets nearby as parking is minimal. Having said that, it's still much closer than getting a park & walking thru Sunshine Plaza to the salons there. The Wax Pot also offers a full range of feminine waxing along with other services. I'm def. a permanent customer after my 1st visit.

Tara is exceptionally skilled at waxing. I have been getting waxing done for 13 years and have had many different beauty therapists over the years, but Tara is the best. I am based in Ipswich and book with her whenever I stay at the Sunshine Coast for a holiday. She is worth it! I highly recommend her.

My experience was fantastic - Margaret was professional, friendly, competent and efficient. Will definitely return for future waxing treatments.

After my experience today perhaps it would be beneficial for both the customer and your business to ask some preview questions as part of your booking process. If this was asked of me when booking I would have explained I had gel polish on my toenails and there could have been more time allocated to allow for removal and therefore I would have gained the service that I had been looking for, hopefully next time this could be catered for as most salons only offer gel. Thanks again
