Yuki is an exceptional nail technician, and I feel lucky to have found her at soak! My bridal nails (French tips) is absolutely perfect and I honestly couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you so much Yuki xx Also, Katie did a brilliant pedicure and just completed the entire look for my wedding on Saturday! Very happy with the entire experience at soak, and of course loved being able to sip on Rosè which helped me to relax after a crazy afternoon. Highly recommended!!!

Leanne is a lovely person! And very informative about skin care. The only downside was that my legs and underarms were all red raised bumps from the moment of waxing until fully 48 hours later. Whatever balm (whether type or amount) she put on me after waxing was not sufficient to soothe the irritation caused by the waxing.

Helene is a credit to her profession. I book with her whenever I’m in Melbourne. She is the brow expert! Her new salon in Brighton is incredibly beautiful and she makes you feel so welcome. Looking forward to my next visit already.

First time visit for my 13 year old son. We’ll be back!

My experience was amazing! The owner was so welcoming and kind and I felt at ease straight away. I am so happy with my lip blush results! I was asked all the way through if I was ok if it was bearable, which was great because it was nice to be checked in on. Also it was so clean and organised too and I loved that!
