Tahlia did an amazing job correcting my existing lashes with beautiful, natural-looking infills. She was not only skilled but also very informative and friendly. alma is such a beautiful space - private, luxe, and relaxing. sandra is so lovely, such a warm nature that instantly puts you at ease. i had a full leg wax, and i was so impressed by how comfortable it was. the wax itself was very high quality, and even with my sensitive skin i noticed how gentle it felt compared to other experiences i’ve had. the level of professionalism, comfort & minimal pain gave me the confidence that next time i could even book in for a g-string wax for the first time in years. the overall experience made it feel less like an appointment and more like a little treat!

I was treated at the Alma clinic by Sandra and had an amazing experience! She is an incredible professional — attentive, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. She asked me several questions to understand my needs, carefully analyzed my skin, and explained why the treatment I initially chose wasn’t the most suitable for me. What impressed me the most was how much time she took to really listen and guide me. She explained in a very clear and educational way how my skin works, what it actually needs, and what the next steps should be to achieve the results I’m looking for. Highly recommend!
