I had another great experience. I got Debbie again and she did an awesome job on my braids. She was also helped by Bookie who did a great job. This is my fourth time coming to Ouchless salon and I love the way they do box braids. The braids last long and did not hurt. Highly recommend the Fayetteville location.

I’m new to the Fayetteville area so this is the only salon I’ve been to for braids. However, they’ve set the bar so high that I can’t imagine going anywhere else. My daughters and I all have thick hair AND are tender headed, but I can assure you that Nia Soule lives up to their Ouchless claims!! We can pull our hair up without discomfort from day one! Not only have we been satisfied with the outcomes of our hair, but the customer service is impeccable!! During our most recent visit I made a last minute appointment and they were graciously accommodating. Nia Soule has a customer forever!!

The service is always great. Today I experienced other services that are offered. Malika did an excellent job on my cornrows while making sure that I was satisfied. I also got eyebrow threading and a pedicure. I will be back next month

Maria is fantastic and I would absolutely recommend! I took my 15 year old daughter to have her eyebrows waxed/shaped. I was so nervous about her being over-waxed! Maria is a true professional and did the best job! My daughter said, “Maria is SO sweet and the waxing didn’t even hurt!” Thank you, Maria! We will absolutely be back.
