Hvordan forbereder jeg mig til en øjenbrynsvoksningsaftale?

For det første skal du kontrollere, at dit øjenbrynshår er langt nok (mindst ¼ af en tomme/6 mm) til, at voksen kan gribe, og derefter overveje, hvilken form du vil have, at dit øjenbryn skal have, så du kan fortælle din terapeut. Hvad kan jeg forvente under en øjenbrynsvoksbehandling?

Din terapeut vil begynde med at rense dine øjenbryn for at fjerne makeup eller lotion, der kan forhindre effektiviteten af voksningen; de vil derefter anvende en prævoksolie eller serum til øjenbrynsregionen for at sikre, at voksen klæber til dit hår, ikke din hud. Derefter påfører de voksen (kolde voksstrimler opvarmet i deres hænder eller varm voks) på det eller de områder, du vil have håret fjernet fra, lad det sidde i et par sekunder, før du holder din hud stram og hurtigt trækker den hærdede voks væk i den modsatte retning af din hårvækst.
