Laura is absolutely amazing at what she does, she takes so much time and care in perfecting her work. I have never had waxing done and not braced first but you can barely feel a thing when she does it. Love my eyebrows and lashes and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

This was my first intimate wax in many years due to bad experiences. Naheed was brilliant. I felt comfortable and safe and surprisingly little discomfort during the wax itself which surprised me. I was so impressed with Naheed's professionalism and technique I've already booked my next appointment. I also got my eyebrows threaded and was thrilled with the result. Naheed is a gem and is definitely now my chosen provider of all things beauty.

Always a great experience with Claire at Grace Nails and Beauty! I don't go anywhere else for waxing, always leave with my eyebrows looking great and skin refreshed from hair removal. Under arms don't even look like they've been waxed, no redness or tenderness, just clear skin, absolutely perfect, and so much kinder to my skin than shaving or removal creams. Highly recommend booking in for any waxing needs.

Lucy is one of my favourite people in this world!! She is the only person I will trust now with my nails, lashes and eyebrows!! I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else. Every session is full of love, joy, kindness and a good gossip of our lives 😂💝 me and my mum have been coming to Lucy for almost 2 years now I believe and we don’t ever plan on changing. As a relative newcomer to Stoke, I arrived July 2024, Il Capo Barbiere was a lucky find; I knew what I was looking for, and Il Capo Barbiere satisfied all my criteria! Foremost,I wanted someone to sympathetically deal with my thinning locks, while maintaining my dignity! I found the my ideal solution in Ella, a little blonde fairy from Ukraine! Ella had impeccable English, a brilliant sense of humour, despite the terrible things Putin’s, so-called ‘men’ are doing in her home country! I have the ‘fully-Monty’, ie. after Ella cuts my hair, I have my ears, eyebrows and nostrils hot waxed!

Tay is amazing at what she does, and i’d highly recommend her services, I absolutely love my lashes, brows. When i first started going to Tay, my eyebrows were so thin and no shape at all but since going i have regained the shape to them following her advise, and now i love the way they look🩷

Harley has been amazing in completing my tattooed eyebrow removal. She is professional and honest and I’m Really pleased with the results. Thanks Harley.
