Charlie was incredibly professional, providing assurance and communicative throughout the process. She ensure I was happy and pleased from the initial consultation to the aftercare instructions. I have my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted here every 4 weeks. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming . They will always listen and give you what you want. The appointment timings are also excellent, I never have to wait
