Liza is so lovely and really made me feel relaxed which is so important when getting SMU! We discussed the colour together, had a thorough consultation and I'm so pleased with the results! Very relaxing. Libby extremely pleasant, listens to your needs/requirements. Nice vibe at the House of Soul. Massage room nice and quiet. The massage was excellent, floated out on completion. 😁. Very thorough. Not rushed at all. Definitely go back.

The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. A truly lovely reset for body and mind. Would absolutely go again. ✨

I had the Autumn Soother Package with Adele and it was honestly amazing. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. The room was warm and calming, with lovely autumn scents that set the mood perfectly. The massage was just what I needed — so soothing and done with real care. Adele has such a gentle, professional touch and you can tell she genuinely wants you to leave feeling your best. I walked out feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. I would recommend this treatment if you need a bit of self-care or a proper wind-down. I’ll definitely be booking again! 🍂💆‍♀️
