I loved getting my lashes done by Kirstene. She was very friendly and professional and made me feel really comfortable. The appointment flew by. I'm so happy with my lashes and will definitely be going back. I also love that you can make requests when you book (lash naps, silent appointment, podcasts, etc.) - such a thoughtful touch!

First time having my brows done so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Ellie took the time to ask me about what I wanted to get, making suggestions and showing me examples that matched what I wanted. She checked with me every step of the way through the process which made me feel reassured. I felt like I was able to say if something didn’t look quite right or adjust things. Ellie was lovely to talk to so the two hours flew by. I was so happy I was speechless. I’ve lost most of my eyebrows due to anaemia and I’m so excited to wake up and not have to pencil them in!

I had my top up today and the colour has faded to a lovely soft brown which matched well with my natural colour and how I would’ve filled them in. Ellie was able to make some slight adjustments based on my feedback. I’m looking forward to seeing the final result.
