From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed for relaxation. I had my eyebrows waxed and a mindful massage, and both were incredible. Karen was amazing—so kind, gentle, and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable, and her soothing touch made the experience even more special. Her warmth and care truly stood out. I love my monthly visit to beauty bu Jaki for my nails Jaki is professional and always chatting remember s what you told her the month before and brings them into conversation ie party or something you wanted special colour for. I highly recommend Jaki for all your beauty needs.

Tonight's treatment with Karen was an absolute treat! I added on a head massage to my usual eyebrow treatment which was just perfection! Such a beautiful environment to visit, especially when it's cold outside. The heated bed and being wrapped up in the heavy blanket is something special. Karen is always such a delight to chat through all that's going on in life, and her magic hands during the head massage tonight made me completely forget I was even there for my eyebrow treatment. Came away so relaxed and refreshed! Will be adding this on again!

Mhairi was amazing and very professional as always. Today I got the eyebrow wax & Tint along with a lash tint. She advised what the process was and talked me through each step. Aftercare was very through too. I would recommend House of Wax to everyone. I have had three compliments today asking what eye makeup I had on!!

I've been going to Jaki for many years for waxing, nails, pedicures, massages and facials .. all amazing treatments with excellent service. Jaki makes you feel welcomed and at ease with every treatment.

Have visited Nirvana twice and had a great experience. First visit was hot stone massage which was my first of this kind I thoroughly enjoyed it. Second visit I went for the Swedish massage which Ayesha was happy to increase the pressure accordingly; basically a Swedish/Deep tissue combo to an extent. I also had reflexology on that visit which was another first for me. Ayesha was very explanatory of what Reflexology is and how the feet connect to different organs etc. it was interesting and enjoyable. Third appointment booked and I intend to make massage a regular occurrence at Nirvana
