I've been going to Kelly for a while now, after a Covid break, and she is still an absolute dream. She's brilliant at what she does, one of the best. Every single time I go, I suddenly want to stare at myself in every reflection. The eyelashes are magnificent. Nothing hurts, she's calm and has a perfect manner. I even drifted off to sleep a bit, and I feel thats a sign of true comfort and ease. If you want somewhere in Bath to go, would 1000% recommend her. Also, lovely studio space. Thanks Kelly!! 🥰

Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Cassie is an absolute angel, super experienced and knowledgeable. She tailors each treatment to the individual so is very person-centred. So far have had waxing treatments which has left my skin in much better condition and less hair growth, and facials from which I have seen significant results. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to regularly to Fran to have my waxing done and since the first day I had my first wax with Fran she has consistently made me feel at ease, being very friendly whilst being professional. Whatever your need, waxing, facials, massages Fran is your gal. Fran always meets you where you are at whether tensions and muscles are tight and you need a relax or need some beauty pampering. I have been a customer since Emily opened the salon and I am always more than pleased with the results. As customers we are all greeted kindly, whatever our age (I am 80). Offered a drink of our choice (and today there were delicious little Easter eggs too). The salon is beautifully laid out, warm and comfortable and the staff are all friendly. And what’s more it’s on the centre of Bath. Friendly attentive staff, efficient and confident, a good experience - What more could you ask for?

It is the best salon I have found in Bath in two years or more. The atmosphere in the salon is super relaxing, elegant, refined and clean. I haven't had such gentle gel removal in a long time! Her passion shows in the excellent quality of work! I will definitely be back as I no longer want my nails done to a lower standard than she offers!!!!
