This salon homestly has so much respect for their customers. I have been turned down by so many salons for waxing due to the severe scaring I have on my legs but yet Claire was amazing! She worked with my scars and didn't see them as a problem at all. The second you walk in the door you're made to feel 100% comfortable before even starting any treatments. She was an absolute pleasure to chat with and went above and beyond what you pay for! The salon its self has a clean, open and neat aesthetic with amazing wheelchair accessibility. Definitely going to be a regular here!

I had a wonderful experience with **Lisa**. Before my full colour appointment, I had my patch test and a trim today. Lisa took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a lovely atmosphere. I'm really happy with my trim and can't wait to come back for my full colour appointment. I would definitely recommend Lisa and the salon!

If you are looking for an outstanding beauty therapist in Ashford, look no further than Holly. I get to leave my busy life and switch off, I always leave floating after my hot stone massage, and Holly’s waxing is outstanding. She is dedicated to getting all those tricky hairs! Plus, she never double dips her waxing sticks!! I cannot tell you the amount of places I tried and experienced such unhygienic practises.. I have not been anywhere else in over a year now, and I have all my appointments booked in until the end of the year!!

Holly is truly amazing, I have never written a review so fast, or wanted to re book so quickly! You are made to feel like a friend from the second that you walk in to her beautiful beauty room. Holly has impeccable high standards, the small things of changing the wooden spatula when waxing is a rarity in the waxes I have had previously. I have found Ashford’s number one therapist and I can’t wait to experience many more of Holly’s treatments. I’m off to go and re book.

I love Holly and the amazing space she has created! I walked in barely able to walk as I have pulled my back muscle and I luckily had a massage booked in. She immediately put hot stones in to warm up as she could incorporate these into my massage. The difference in my back is amazing, the movement that I have after an hour of her magic hands has made the pain subside so much. I also see Holly for my Hollywood waxing. When I say she is, in quite a vast amount of Kent that I visited trying to find a new waxer when I moved that doesn’t double dip into wax it’s incredible! Her standards! 5*

First time that my daughter has ever had her eyebrows waxed and Sophia made her feel very calm. As for me, I’ve been to many different beauticians and I can categorically say that Sophia is the best as I’m usually streaming when I hace my eyebrows waxed but with Sophia I was not. Highly recommend

The best brows that have ever been created on my face. I didn’t know it was possible to do brows this good. Men on the building site I worked on noticed I had my brows done, that just doesn’t happen. Will be coming to Zoe for my brows until the day I die - she’s the best.
