I tried sugaring wax! I heard it’s less painful than regular waxing, so I gave it a shot. And honestly, it does feel gentler than hard wax. The warm sugar paste removes hair in a way that’s less irritating to the skin. Right after the session, my skin was a little red, but it calmed down within a few hours—and now it feels super smooth! Plus, it lasts about 3–4 weeks, so it’s really low-maintenance. It also makes periods way more comfortable—no stickiness, no odor, just so much better. Hannah is amazing! She makes sure she gets all the hair (even those tiny, annoying ones). She’s professional, attentive and excellent at what she does. Highly recommend sugaring with her.

I had a great experience overall and really appreciated Ricky’s attention to detail — he was thorough and professional. Unfortunately, one of my nails broke a couple days ago, which was disappointing. I’m hoping it was just a one-off because I truly enjoyed the service.

My experience at this salon has been so amazing. I've been on the hunt since September 2025 for a good nail place, and I tried out this place for the first time last month. I had the most amazing tech and most amazing time. Decided to go back this month.... Had a little bit of an issue take place during the experience, but the staff was so accommodating and supportive. They immediately picked up on my dissatisfaction and did everything to offer support. They worked as a team to collaborate and offer the most incredible service that they could. Come to Lavello, they will not let you down!

This is my go-to place for lashes and nails 🤍 The staff here always go above and beyond, the ambiance is fantastic, and the service is consistently 10/10. I was a little nervous about getting lash extensions at first, but Linda really took her time assessing what would suit my Asian eyes without making them look too heavy. I absolutely loved the results — they turned out exactly how I hoped. For the nails, no matter who’s doing it, It’s been consistently pretty! Can’t wait to be back soon!

Lola is absolutely amazing! She always does my braids beautifully every single time. I’m always so happy with her work. BEST. PEDICURE. EVER! I got the 'Luxury Volcanic Pedicure' and it was the epitome of luxury! Fresh oranges in the foot spa and they must have used 7 different scrubs, oils and lotions, finished off with steam and paraffin wax! Tina did a fabulous job, she had great attention to detail. My feet and legs have never looked or felt so good! Would highly recommend! Thank you for the amazing and friendly service!

I always come here for my waxing eyebrows/manicure. I loved it! Specially manicure.. i loved it! The asian skinny girl with eyeglasses, i came today, i loved she did to my french tip nails.

Excellent service! Even though I had to wait about an hour after my 4 PM appointment, it seemed like there were only two employees working and providing services today. Ricky did his best to make me feel comfortable and was very apologetic for the long wait, even though he had been busy nonstop. Sometimes we forget how hard employees work to meet service demand, and he remained cheerful throughout. I always enjoy the services at this location, and in the end, it was worth the wait. I just hope the wait time isn’t this long next time.
