What can I say .. Most of my appointments (usually every couple of weeks) are booked for a much needed relax and brain switch-off, but I also quite often need to loosen up a niggly lower back & tight leg (IT geek, so LOTS of time sat at the desk hunched over a keyboard, despite trying my best to NOT hunch ..! ) Everytime I have a relaxing massage from Amy, afterwards, it's like someone has turned the volume down on the world & put it on slo-mo, definite sanity saver, especially over this last year or so with not being able to travel for a break & recharge as I normally would..

Really happy how my MIL whi has Alzheimer's was taken care of by Nikki. It is always stressful getting Joan to appointments, and no way of knowing how she will be on the day. Nikki was so kind and did a beautiful cut and blow dry. Joan was chuffed when she saw the end result. 😍 Thanks Nikki, see you soon 😀 Bev

Amazing, so relaxing and really doing my muscles the world of good. Couldn't recommend more highly.

My sports massage was fantastic. Amy spent 15mins or so assessing me and getting a good idea of what's causing my shoulder issue... And then she got to work. I'm a little tender now, but I'm already feeling a lot better. I've booked in again for next month. I highly recommend her 🙌 thanks Amy.
