We really enjoyed our experience. The overall atmosphere was lovely. The outside area in the spa we really enjoyed as we haven’t been to lakeside since it has been updated. The brasserie experience was excellent and the food really was beautiful ! Thankyou to all staff who made our experience enjoyable

Absolutely perfect day, even the weather played ball!!

The spa day was very relaxing. It wasn’t too busy so I tried all 3 saunas, the steam room, thermal outdoor relaxing pool, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and multifunction shower. Some of them several times! The foot ritual was lovely and the afternoon tea was divine.

Staff were very kind and friendly, my Mediterranean facial which was so relaxing and smelt lovely. I had a head massage with it as well as arm and hands. I would highly recommend the spa and this treatment.

we had a spa package but were told we could not use the spa facilities, pool, sauna etc at 9.00am. our treatments were 10 to 12 and then meal at 1.00pm. so we could not use the other facilites particular we did not want to after a facial and massage for the lose of the impact of the products

One hour of swimming and soaking in the outside and inside spas....BLISS.

Had a lovely spa day with my daughter. Treatment was perfect and a tasty afternoon tea. Definitely recommend
