I had a Hollywood waxing treatment with Sarah and she was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel completely at ease from the start – professional, friendly, and really thorough. The treatment was quick and as comfortable as it could be, and Sarah’s attention to detail was spot on. I felt totally looked after and will not go anywhere else from now on. The only place I'd go for waxing in the city centre, Ishi is fabulous, she makes sure you're comfortable and that the experience is less painful as possible. The attention to detail in her work is commendable and she's so friendly!

Fantastic service as always. Waxing Studio is very clean and relaxed and appointments always run on time. Robbie is absolutely brilliant at what he does, and the unique and best part is that it is strictly men only. Robbie will instantly make you feel at ease, and always listens to all his clients and will take note of any requests or advice. Highly recommended and I look forward to future sessions.

Wonderful as ever. Staff are very well trained, knowledgeable and professional. Lulu's will turn down any aesthetics and treatments that do not meet legal requirements (e.g. teeth whitening). I trust Lulu's for their no-nonsense and honest approach. All staff are very welcoming to all, young and old (like me)!

My third waxing treatment here. The staff are very professional and friendly. I was nervous at my first appointment but was put at ease. It was surprising how quickly my wax was completed. Highly recommended.

As a 70 year old with poor sight i cant do a lot makeup wise any more so first try at brow lash tint anf face wax. I can now see my eyebrows! This is a game changer for me and i am hugely grateful. Lovely lady patient and kind. No pain waxing. Brilliant experience and I will be back 😃
