I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I had a fantastic leg waxing treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. The process was quick, professional, and far less painful than I expected. My skin feels incredibly smooth, and the results look clean and even. Ana was friendly, reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be returning for my next appointment.
