Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Amazing service, I would definitely recommend, I got treated like royalty. The place is so elegant and the service is unbelievable. I felt so relaxed and actually fell asleep. My skin looks amazing after one treatment.

Ellie was really sweet with my daughter who has ASD, a nervous system disorder and has only just been given leave from hospital the day before after 3 months of being incredibly unwell. She and her college both worked together and helped my daughter have the haircut she wanted before she became so unwell. They spent the majority of the day taking care of my daughter. It really meant a great deal. Oh, and we booked two appointments online the day before and this was achieved so soon. I was ever so impressed. And E loves her hair! Thank You both (:

Had a half leg wax and eyebrow tint and shape with Monica. Excellent experience. Monica is lovely, making sure I was comfortable and did a wonderful job.

First waxing experience! Full leg and Hollywood. Honestly, I was absolutely nervous! However, Kuljit made it so relaxing and a surprising enjoyable experience. Lovely lady, such a lovely addition to the J’adore family.
