Fab, love coming here for my face waxing, everyone is really friendly and chatty, the wax they use on the face is brilliant and keeps my skin super smooth and soft and doesn’t irritate like traditional waxing.

Absolutely 5 stars! I had a half leg & bikini wax with Sammie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the process, answering all my questions with confidence and care. Sammie is also so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the appointment fly by. The wax itself was much less painful than I anticipated, and the results were super smooth. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant waxing experience!

Becky was amazing from start to finish during my wedding prep appointments which were nearly a full day of a job! I feel like a new woman and had such a relaxing time filled with great chat and a super friendly atmosphere. Pedicure, manicure, waxing, dermaplaning, lashes and brows…all absolutely perfect. It was even my first experience of waxing and Becky made me feel so at ease! Thank you SO much! Beyond pleased I came here for my bridal appointments!!

had my nails done by Sarah, and I absolutely love them! The pearl white with the rose gold shimmer topper is just stunning. I am completely obsessed with this colour. It’s so elegant and pretty, and I can’t stop admiring them! Sarah has such a warm and welcoming personality that would make anyone feel instantly relaxed. She’s so easy to chat with, and it really adds to the whole experience. It’s not just about getting your nails done, it’s proper self-care. You walk in feeling a bit blah, and by the end you feel refreshed and put together 💖

I recently had a waxing appointment at Serenity for the first time. Lois was absolutely brilliant. I wasn’t really looking forward to the ordeal of the appointment but she was absolutely fantastic. All the personal touches - beautifully decorated, fragrance when walking in, cosy and warm and friendly welcome. Had a beautiful treatment with many in attendance remarking how visibly glowing my face looked. Gemma was so attentive and treated my skin wonderfully. Thank you so much to Gemma and Louise and everyone who made the evening a huge success. Looking forward to my next treatment in a couple of weeks time.
