My massage with Hoffman Ngai was excellent, he is very skilled and made me feel so comfortable. The staff is super friendly, the room is nice and warm, I really can't recommend Crow's Nest highly enough. I will definitely be back.

The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps!
