Yolanda has great experience with facial waxing I just love the job she did as a first time lay person experiencing a waxing of the face she did a fantastic job my face after the redness wore down at the end of the day it looks fabulous I can’t wait till she has to do it again. She also does my real nails with a gel topping on top of them and a no chip polish and I’ve gone 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and they last and look like they were just done she is amazing she is the gal to go to or her 2nd hand Flor she also is great

Amber is amazing. She's fantastic at her waxing but she's also an amazing human. She asks about you and legitimately cares. I haven't been in about a year and she asked me about something from a year ago. Her ability to make you feel comfortable is undefeated and incomparable to anyone I've ever been to. I will only go to her. Highly recommend.

All of them are great! They're so genuine and talented. Deya was the one who has done my hair twice now and I absolutely love it! I've dyed my hair multiple times before but she is great in talking about what she's doing during the process which can be reassuring to guests who are probably dying their hair for the first time. I wanted more of a neutral blonde and when my hair lightened more warm toned and orangish, she mixed the toner in a way that neutralized the warmth to get me to neutral so she knows what she's doing!

I absolutely love Amber. I have been going to her for years. I live on the Southside of Chicago and drive 40 minutes just for her. Her studio is decorated beautifully but most of all Amber is just so special. She always greets me with a smile. We share life stories every visit and it helps distract me from the pain of waxing. Waxing is painful but Amber's technique makes it quick and a lot less painful than my other experiences. I simply love my Amber and I think all of her customers feel the same way.

My experience was nothing but accommodating and relaxing. Sandra trimmed my hair with a nice straight blow-out and Julianna did my no-chip manicure and pedicure. These ladies were on-time, polite, and welcoming which provided a warm and safe environment after a rough 3 months! The salon was clean and the staff followed the precautions recommended by the State and CDC to ensure the health of their staff and guests due to COVID-19. All of these amazing ladies are extraordinary and this is a great addition to the Wicker Park Division Street neighborhood!
