Rebecca was lovely and made me feel at ease during my first Hollywood hot wax. I will say, make sure you read the confirmation email as it provides the actual address you're meant to go to. Google maps takes you to their shop, but you might not be booked there for treatment. I ended up walking to Hanley before contacting Rebecca and realising this mistake, she was extremely lovely and accommodating, but make sure you don't make the same mistake. Read the confirmation email for an accurate address! All in all a wonderful, friendly and positive experience. Would whole heartedly recommend.

I recently had a great waxing experience with Rebecca, and I can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked into her studio, I felt completely at ease. Rebecca is incredibly professional; she guides you through each treatment and offers aftercare advice and answers to any questions. I appreciated that I could choose to chat or enjoy the silence without it feeling awkward. Her punctuality and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I was a late afternoon walk in appointment after being let down by my lash technician and couldn't have got a warmer, more welcoming greeting. Marisha fitted me into the last appointment of the day and even stayed after closing to accommodate me. My lashes were perfect, thank you as I've found a new lash tech! Absolutely amazing. Went in for a leg, eyebrow and armpit wax. The bed was so comfortable iI nearly fell asleep. Haircut was perfect. Ive had both ladies cut it now and cant fault either of them. Wont be going anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend to everyone 😁

Martyna is very knowledgeable and is warm and friendly. Once you let her know what your health concerns are she'll tailer the session to your needs. Excellent massage session - felt very relaxed, the back felt much better and slept very well that night.

I visited for a haircut and eyebrow threading, and I’m really happy with the results exactly what I expected! The owner and staff were incredibly kind and friendly.
