Katie was so welcoming and lovely. Very willing to make any accommodations I needed due to disability. Her salon is one of the most accessible I've been to - Katie answered my questions and sent me a video on instagram of the walk from the car into the salon and showed her whole space. There is just one small step in and the rest is level. Very short walk from parking also, only a few meters. Another worry I often have for waxing is feeling unwelcome due to being fat but Katie made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon. I would absolutely reccommend and will definitely return!

I can’t recommend Emma enough. She is amazing. She is very friendly, welcoming & makes you feel relaxed as soon as you meet her, which is why I keep coming back again & again for years 😍 She is also extremely professional & excellent at her job. The room is so warm, welcoming & cosy. She even books extra time on your appointment to give you plenty of time to get ready after the treatment, so no rush to get dressed quickly & leave, as the next client is waiting. Massive bonus. I always feel comfortable and totally relaxed, before during and after all my treatments.

Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. My first appointment at this salon and I was really warmly welcomed. It’s really nice inside, loads of lovely private treatment rooms. I was upstairs for my treatment and the room was gorgeous and clean. I had Adeleah look after me and it was so nice 10/10. I’ll definitely be back. Really easy to park in the council parking just a minutes walk from the salon and it’s free to park atm.
